The numbers in pool water chemistry are a moving target and need analysis/correcting at least every seven days. Therefore the need for weekly service most of the time.

*Swimming pools must not leak more than 1 inch of water a week. Concerned your pool is leaking more than this? Book an appointment to have us put some eyes on it before you preform a leak detection.

Sometimes things line up right and doing the pool yourself may be an idea you have been thinking about. Couple of things to keep in mind are getting bad information is common, pool chemistry has a learning curve, and getting setup can be expensive.
Our 1.5 hr long class is done at your pool & aims at enabling you with a foundation based on knowledge. All in an easy to learn format and it is pretty fun!
I recommend an assessment of your pool first, looking at chemistry/LSI, over-all health/condition & what tools you may need. It is important to square away unseen issues prior to you doing the pool weekly ( keeps you out of predicaments down the road ).
Once understanding where to have questions answered, mastering range chemistry and having the proper tools you will notice this is something that's totally do-able. It takes repetition really, then you become efficient and build an intuition on what your pool wants or needs.
